How are credit cards processed?
Credit cards are processed using Authorize.net through their secure payment processing page.

How long will it take to get my merchandise?
In stock orders ship within 3 to 5 days. Out of stock items will take 10 days to 3 weeks.

I purchased admission online and I have not received the tickets in the mail?
If you purchase Admission online from the Beachcomber Store then you are placed on the will call list at the Beachcomber for that show. Bring your e-mail receipt, ID and credit card used for purchase to the Beachcomber entrance at the specified date and time. No tickets will be mailed.

How old must I be to gain admittance to shows at the Beachcomber?
All shows are 21 plus and no one under 21 will be admitted to the club during those times.

Is it safe to order online at the Beachcomber store?
Yes. All of your information including your credit card is processed at an online site that is encrypted and secure. Because of this security, information cannot be observed by outside parties in transit.

How do I order?
Just go to the store by clicking on a category button to the left (for example, shortsleeve). Click on the item you wish to buy. Toward the bottom of the page, insert the number of items you wish to purchase, paying close attention to any sizes or options. Click on the "Add items to shopping cart" button and your items are shown in the shopping cart.

To change an item quantity, type a new number in textbox next to the item and click on the "Update" button. Click on the"Continue shopping" link to add additional items. If you make a mistake or want to change your order, click on the "Clear items from your shopping cart" link to remove all of the items from the cart and start over.

When you are ready to buy the items you have chosen, click on the "Purchase items in shopping cart" link (or the checkout button) then click on the "Securely purchase items with credit card" button. The secure Authorize.net credit card payment page has our Beachcomber logo at the top and shows the total amount to be charged. Fill in your information including a valid Visa or Mastercard number and click on the "Submit Transaction".

On the credit card payment page, what is the card code and where is it located?
The card code is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end.



This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain a card code by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain a card code by January 1, 2001. Even if a criminal steals a valid account number, they cannot compute the card code since they do not know the mathematical algorithm logic.

The card code three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards immediately following the Visa card account number.

We only need the last 3 digits of this number (the other are just a repetition of your credit card number).

When will I get charged?
Your credit card is processed at the time you place the order. The charge will appear as "Beachcomber of Wellfleet" on your card statement.

Can I return items?
Yes we will accept returns for exchange or store credit. Please keep in mind that this isn't J. Crew or the Gap. We will do our best to provide good customer service, however the "turnaround time" may be a couple of weeks - not a couple of days.

How much is shipping and handling?
We will ship to anywhere in the United States.

How will my order be shipped?
By FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

How can I redeem gift certificates from the online store?
Choose the items you would like to purchase from this site. Click on the checkout button and print out or write down your item list (closely recording quantities and options). Then physically mail the certificate(s) and your item list to:

Please include your shipping address, your day and night time telephone numbers and email address. If your order is more than your total amount of gift certificates then include a check of the difference payable to the "Beachcomber of Wellfleet". Gift certificates must be spent in full.
